The build-up. The traditions. The big day itself.

This Christmas, be the one who actually gets to enjoy it.

Five days to make the magic of Christmas feel manageable, with a Christmas Game Plan that makes room for what matters to your family. Including you.

10 minutes a day, Mon 9th to Fri 13th November

You know how to run Christmas.

The Santa trips booked before they sell out. The non-uniform days remembered. The presents sourced, wrapped and hidden.

The whole beautiful machine, kept running by you.

And somewhere in the middle of making it all happen, you're missing the bits you were looking forward to.

Your youngest is showing you the bauble they chose. You're smiling and nodding, while mentally working out when you're going to wrap the presents still hidden in the wardrobe.

You'd love to just enjoy this bit.

But your head's already moved on to the next thing.

And there's always a next thing, isn't there?

The presents, the cards, the food, the school stuff. The Christmas market someone mentioned. The panto leaflet that came through the door. The festive event the kids would absolutely love.

And they probably would.

But there are a LOT of things the kids would love.

You love Christmas. You want the traditions, the excitement and the magic.

It's just that every extra thing seems to bring another five things to organise.

Imagine feeling genuinely excited about the Christmas you've planned.

Knowing which traditions you're keeping because you all love them.

Feeling comfortable leaving a few things out, even when they sound brilliant.

Having enough space to say yes to a last-minute invitation because you actually fancy going.

And arriving at Christmas Day with enough energy to enjoy what you've created.

That's what I want for you.

Stop Organising Christmas and Start Enjoying It.

Five days to make the magic of Christmas feel manageable.

Monday 9 to Friday 13 November 2026

We're going to work out what really matters to you this Christmas, take some of the weight out of making it happen, and create a Christmas Game Plan you can trust.

We'll look at what deserves your energy, where you can create space, what someone else could help with, and what you're happy to take off the list completely.

And we'll make sure the Christmas you're creating is one you actually want to be part of.

Because your Christmas might look completely different from mine. And that's exactly how it should be.

By Friday you'll have...

✔ A clearer picture of the Christmas you want, including the traditions, experiences and moments you're personally looking forward to.

✔ Your own Christmas Guidelines, helping you decide how much to fit in, where to leave space and what deserves your energy.

✔ A personalised way to decide what stays, what goes and what someone else can help with, without rethinking everything whenever another festive idea pops up.

✔ Your Christmas Game Plan, to guide you through the build-up and Christmas Day, and come back to year after year.

You won't leave with every present ordered or every Christmas job completed.

You'll know what matters, and have a way to make decisions that feel right for your family. And for you.

family celebrating Christmas

Last Christmas, I almost felt like I'd cheated.

Seriously.

It was the lightest Christmas I'd had in years. Actually, probably ever.

I'd made room for the things we genuinely wanted to do.

I'd stopped adding things at the last minute just because they sounded fun.

And I'd left enough space to say yes when something came along that we actually fancied.

We could make plans with friends. Enjoy the things we'd already booked. And I wasn't constantly thinking about what else I ought to be doing.

I didn't feel any of the usual Christmas pressure.

And it's taken me seven years to get to that point.

Seven Christmases of figuring out what works for us, what we genuinely enjoy, and what I can happily leave alone.

Some traditions have absolutely earned their place.

(I still have an alarm in my phone in August to book our Santa visit, because we love it and I refuse to miss out on a decent slot again.)

Other things, including the panto leaflet that comes through the door every autumn, can go straight into the recycling.

That's the approach I'm bringing into these five days.

Because I don't want you to have to spend seven Christmases figuring it out for yourself.

balancing the planning with fun at Christmas as a working mum

And I've seen what happens when other mums start making these decisions too.

After last year's workshop...

one woman emailed to tell me she'd spent the afternoon playing and making decorations with her children.

She said it was the best start to the Christmas season she could have hoped for.

The Christmas jobs hadn't magically disappeared. But she had the headspace to enjoy that afternoon with her kids.

Another woman decided she wanted to hand over the Christmas cooking, enjoy Christmas Day with her children, and have her parents cook Christmas lunch on Boxing Day.

Two completely different decisions. Both right for the women making them.

Other women told me they loved the clarity, were getting insights into what mattered to them, and were feeling more hopeful and organised instead of weighed down.

That's what happens when you start making Christmas decisions based on what matters to you.

Let's work out what Christmas looks like for you this year.

Starting Monday 9 November, we're spending five days together making the magic of Christmas feel manageable.

I'll guide you through the thinking and decisions it's taken me seven years to figure out for myself, with a small daily prompt to help you apply them to your own Christmas.

We'll have a WhatsApp group where you can share what you're figuring out, ask questions and get support from me and the other women throughout the week.

And by Friday, you'll have your own Christmas Game Plan.

And we'll make it work around your life.

All five guided audios will be available on Monday, each designed to take under ten minutes.

Listen to one a day, or binge the lot if you fancy getting stuck in. You'll get them straight to your phone and by email.

And you'll have lifetime access to the recordings, so you can revisit the approach every Christmas.

Five days of working through Christmas together. A Game Plan that's yours. And an approach you can use year after year.

A quick hello from me.

I'm Roz Davies, founder of Balanced Mum Academy® and a qualified life coach.

I help capable, busy mums make more room to enjoy the lives they're working so hard to build.

And after seven years of working out how to make Christmas feel magical and manageable for my own family, I'm really looking forward to helping you find your version.

Because I can share what's worked for me.

**But you're the one who gets to decide what Christmas looks like for you.

You’ll leave feeling emotionally lighter, more confident in your choices,
and ready to show up for the season as yourself, not just as the planner, present-wrapper and the only person willing to find 24 different places to hide Elf on a Shelf.

Make room for the Christmas you actually want.

The build-up you get to enjoy.

The traditions you're excited about.

A Christmas Day that feels right for your family, with enough energy left for you to enjoy it too.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've already started organising for December, will this workshop still help me?

Absolutely! You might already have the Santa visit booked, presents bought and half of December planned.

Brilliant. We'll work with what you've already got.

This is about getting clear on what really matters to you, where you want to put your energy, and how to make sure you actually enjoy the Christmas you're creating.

Warning: you're highly likely to discover a few things you can happily take off your plate.

Do I need to join live, or can I work through it in my own time?

You can absolutely do it your way!

All five guided audios will be available from Monday 9 November, so you can listen to one a day or binge the lot if you're feeling enthusiastic.

You'll also get access to our WhatsApp group throughout the week for questions, support and sharing ideas. That's where I'll be sharing daily prompts to help you turn what you're learning into your own Christmas Game Plan.

And you'll have lifetime access to the audios, so you can revisit them next Christmas too.

What if I already have specific things I want to do this Christmas?

Perfect. Bring them!

This isn't about me telling you what to cut out or how many festive activities you're allowed to book.

We'll work out which traditions and experiences matter most to you, what you want Christmas Day to feel like, and how to make room for the things you're genuinely excited about.

You'll create a Christmas Game Plan that works for your family, including you.

Because if the Christmas light trail, the big family lunch or the annual Santa visit is part of your magic, we're making room for it.

Will I need to find lots of extra time for this?

Nope. I know you've already got enough going on.

Each guided audio is designed to take under ten minutes, with one small prompt to help you apply it to your own Christmas.

Listen on your commute, while you're walking the dog, or whenever you've got a few minutes to yourself.

And if you'd rather work through everything in one go, that's absolutely fine too.
