Hi, I’m Roz Davies
A certified life coach for working mums who want to stop living on fast-forward and start feeling present, powerful, and emotionally available in their lives again.
I live in Oxfordshire with my husband James, and our 2 whirlwinds who are 6 and 4.
Before becoming a coach I worked for 20 years in large Global businesses and spent way too long living with mum-guilt and exhaustion.
I hated not being able to be there for my kids mentally, and eventually burned out trying to be the mum I want to be and keep my career alive.
I spent 9 years working on how to make sure no other mum has to feel like that, and it's the driving force behind 'Let's Get Present!'

When do I get access?
You get access to the self guided course as soon as you register via the link above, but we strongly advise not to watch any of the videos until after the 5 Day reset. The live sessions will give you a much better introduction and deep dive into how to navigate this shift.
However, we want you to have the lifetime access to course materials too, so if you don’t see your email from me within 5 minutes, message me at [email protected].
How do I find out the times for all of the sessions?
Right here! The LIVE sessions will be from 12:00 to 12:15 (UK time) on the following dates:

Friday 27th June
The session on Thursday 26th June will be at 13:00.
You will get all of this information and the links to join each day in your welcome email.
Do I have to be available for every session live?
No. We know how it is. Sometimes you get called into a last minute meeting or can't move things around. We wont add to the stress 😊. All sessions will be recorded and made available to everyone who registers.
How do I access the course?
Laptop, phone, however you like. The live sessions will be via ZOOM. All videos and worksheets inside the Let's Get Present Content Hub are hosted online. You don’t even need an app!
How long do I have access?
Forever! You get lifetime access to Let’s Get Present! materials, so you can come back to it as many times as you like*.
