Life Balance coach for working mums who want to stop living on fast-forward and start feeling present, powerful, and emotionally available in their lives again.
I live in Oxfordshire with my husband James, and our 2 whirlwinds who are 6 and 4.
Before becoming a coach I worked for 20 years in large Global businesses and spent way too long living with mum-guilt and exhaustion.
I hated not being able to be there for my kids mentally, and eventually burned out trying to be the mum I want to be and keep my career alive.
I spent 10 years working on how to make sure no other mum has to feel like that, and it's the driving force behind 'Let's Get Present!'
