About me

I am a Personal & Business Coach based in Oxfordshire, England. As a Qualified Coach with over 20 years experience working in Sales & Marketing at Global Branded Consumer Goods businesses (including Diageo, Mars & Danone), I offer both Personal Coaching & Business Mentoring.  Together we can create the space for you to explore what you really want and build a plan to achieve it.

My Coaching Story

All coaching with me can be done from anywhere, as long as you feel comfortable to explore what's happening at the moment  and what you might need to change to find a better Balance.  

I work on most digital meeting apps (or phone if you prefer), starting with a free Balance Breakthrough Session of around 45 minutes.
