Hi, I’m Roz. 

I live in Oxfordshire with my husband James, and our 2 wonderful kids who are 5 and 3. 

I’m a Qualified Life Coach with 20 Years experience in Large Global Corporations (including Mars, Diageo and Danone) and I’ve been coaching for over 15 years.

I spent way too long living with mum-guilt and exhaustion, and I burnt out trying to be the mum I want to be AND have a career, in a way that wasn’t sustainable. 

I’ve seen all too often that working mums find themselves stuck in a cycle of juggling way too much, working too hard and not able to really enjoy the life that they have created.

With 2 young kids and a successful career, I have been there myself. I left the corporate world exhausted and disenchanted and spent years working through how to be myself and love my life again. And I know there is a better way.

I figured out the best way to build up the skills I need to navigate my juggle, be there for those I love and have confidence in the decisions I make for me and my family… And now I’m passionate about helping you to do the same.
