  2. Know what you want: define your ideal outcome and what is stopping you achieving it
  3. Own what you believe: understand the beliefs that get in your way and reframe them to empower you
  4. Leverage your resources: pinpoint the strengths, skills, people and tools you already have to help you achieve your goals, and unlock new ones.
  5. Take Action: focus on the actions you can take to move towards your goals now and in the future.

 

“So how do I start?”

  1. Contact me for a FREE goal scoping session (click below) during which we discuss your current situation, and what you want to get out of the programme. This is also an opportunity to explore whether I am the right coach for you. Ask me anything!
  2. If you’re happy to proceed, we book in the first coaching session on the call.
  3. You have 8 coaching sessions, all 1 to 1 and 60-75minutes long, depending on your availability.
    • All sessions are online so you can join from anywhere as long as you have a smart phone or laptop.
    • From experience, I recommend spacing sessions by 10-14 days maximum to maintain momentum.
  4. With all frameworks and exercises, you get the tools to take away as a PDF to continue connecting with your happiest & most vibrant self well into the future.  
  5. And if you’d like to continue the momentum together, there’s an option of an additional session at preferential rates to embed energising behaviours even further.
