Over 12 modules you will go through 4 phases to unlock your momentum towards a more fulfilling life:

1. A foundation in you: Understand who you are at your core; this is completely unique to you, but don’t worry, I help you figure it out

2. What you want: Get really deep into what really matters to you so you can start to build it into your life and prioritise it.

3. Get unstuck: Unpack the unhelpful beliefs that keep you stuck in a cycle of not acting in alignment with that.

4. Embed the skills for life: Ensuring you have the skills to stay on track even after the programme has ended; including listening to yourself, acting on it, keeping things in perspective and crucially, putting YOU first.

 

And throughout you’re reviewing the things in your life that are causing you to feel the way you do now and find ways to change them.
